Amazon Failed to Deliver My Orders Despite One Day Guarantee
As part of my Amazon Turkey Prime membership, I shop at the Fatih, Istanbul address with a one-day delivery guarantee for which I pay a monthly fee of ₺50. However, almost every order I place, especially the one dated September 15, 2025, with order number 408-2586997-6459509, is not fulfilled. My orders are frequently delivered late, and although I initially receive SMS and phone notifications from the courier company (Kolay Gelsin) promising same-day delivery, sometimes even within half an hour, the package never arrives, and no further response is given. Later, Amazon’s website simply states that the delivery has been delayed and apologizes. Two days afterward, while I am not home, I receive a message saying the item was left at my door. Despite these repeated problems, whenever I contact Amazon customer service, I receive only generic, scripted responses with no real solution. The express delivery guarantee, which is the main benefit of Prime membership, has not been fulfilled, and as a customer, I feel deceived. I am requesting compensation for Amazon’s failure to keep its promise, and I demand that this issue be resolved and my grievances addressed.
