Missing Apple Watch  Series 7 and Customer Service Woes

I bought the "Apple Watch Series 7 [GPS + Cellular 45 mm] Smartwatch with Graphite Stainless Steel Case and Graphite Milanese Loop" on July 13, 2023. Amazon.com.tr offers "Fitness Tracking, Blood Oxygen, and ECG." They did, however, deliver my order to an entirely different address. After discovering the information on the package, the recipient contacted me and informed me that they had my product. When I contacted Amazon, I gave them all of the information about the misdelivery, but they claimed that the tracking code from Aras Kargo (the courier company) did not match their records and that the product had not yet been shipped from their warehouse. This is perplexing! How did the person who delivered my package get my personal information and know what I ordered? I require an explanation! Furthermore, they are now claiming that the product is out of stock, which contradicts their earlier claim that it had not left the warehouse. Throughout this ordeal, I've felt completely helpless, and my problem has yet to be resolved. Amazon, you must clean up this mess and compensate for the inconvenience.
