I recently had an unexpected and disappointing experience with Amazon Turkey. I was surprised when I opened the package after eagerly awaiting the arrival of my Apple Watch 8. The strap couldn't be attached, and upon closer inspection, I discovered that the watch inside was indeed red, as I had requested, but it wasn't an Apple product; it was from a completely different brand. I immediately contacted their customer service to report the problem. They told me to return the item, which I did right away. However, my annoyance grew as two months passed with no communication regarding the return. When I contacted customer service again, they promised to review the warehouse records within 10 days. Despite this, the situation remained unchanged after two weeks. This time, I was told that the returned product was fine and that they would refund me in the same way. As a long-time Amazon customer, I never expected to receive a counterfeit product directly from Amazon Turkey. This experience has left me deeply disappointed, and I demand a proper resolution - a refund for the product I never received.

The Consumer Arbitration Committee resolved the issue and ruled for the refund of my money. The only loss was the devaluation of the money I had paid, but Amazon Turkey not only sent a counterfeit product but also prolonged the process by not offering any solution, so I stopped shopping there.
