Amazon Did Not Deliver My Casio G-Shock GA 2100 Watch on Time
On March 3rd at noon, I purchased a Casio G-Shock GA 2100 watch from Amazon Turkey as a birthday gift, with an estimated delivery date of March 5th. However, as of the evening of March 6th, the product has not arrived, and it is highly likely it will not be delivered on March 7th either. Amazon’s app indicated the delivery would take place by 10:00 PM on March 5th, so I stayed home all day waiting, but the package never arrived. The seller is İsviçre Saat, and the shipping company is Ekol Kolay Gelsin. When I contacted the company, they said the product might arrive on March 5th, but the estimated delivery was actually March 6th. Yet, March 6th has passed, and the product is still not delivered. Additionally, the tracking number is useless, as the shipping company’s system provides no clear or updated information regarding my order. When I try to track my package, I receive no specific details about the delivery status, leaving me completely in the dark. This watch was supposed to be a birthday gift, but due to the delay, I was unable to give it on time, causing embarrassment. If the estimated delivery dates are unreliable, why are customers misled? I expect Amazon Turkey and the shipping company to resolve this issue and demand my product be delivered as soon as possible.
