I recently couldn't get into my Amazon account, so I asked for help from their account specialists. They said they would call or email me back and that my account would be fixed. I was told to wait for 48 hours, but no one got in touch with me during that time. I opened another ticket and was told to wait another 48 hours. After two days of waiting, I still hadn't heard anything. When I sent in another request, they told me to wait 72 hours. Sadly, no one got in touch with me again. Now they want me to wait another 72 hours, but their phone numbers don't work when I try to call them. This is the worst experience I've ever had with a business, and I think their customer service is even worse than Turkish Telekom's.
