Amazon's service has failed miserably. They do not deliver on their promises, and you will have a difficult time getting assistance! Customer support is a joke; they never respond to you. There isn't even a phone number to call, so you're left sending emails and hoping for a response. They state that someone would respond within 12 hours to resolve your issue, but no one ever does. It feels like you're dealing with a dodgy, fly-by-night organization that doesn't care about its consumers. To be honest, shopping with them is no longer a safe option. If you value your time and money, avoid Amazon until they have their act together.
My order dated 27.07.2024 with the number 403-7157321-4305147 has not been sent by the company for 3 months. They say the order is related to the seller's store, not us.
