I believe Amazon is going out of its way not to refund my undelivered product. I've been victimized for 15 days because of the customer representative's incorrect information, and I still can't get my money. It appears that I will have to take legal action. I'll also wait for the court to apologize for taking so long and making me work so hard. I do not and will never tolerate what they are doing. As a customer, they must give us what is ours.
