I recently returned a product purchased through Amazon the next day in a closed box, and it was reported that the product had arrived at the warehouse. However, Amazon informed me that a 3-day barcode reading process was required before issuing a refund, which I found absurd. I was told after the 3-day process that I would receive a refund and that I would have screenshots to prove it. The warehouse then notified me that a different product had been sent to me. Despite numerous phone calls and emails, no representative has taken any action, and I am still waiting for my refund. It's been 15 days, and I'm pleading with Amazon to expedite the return process and issue my refund as soon as possible.
