Amazon's Refund Process Has Frustrated Us for 1.5 Months

I purchased something from Amazon about a month and a half ago. We didn't like the product's quality, and it was missing a component. We returned it within the return time and it was accepted. However, our return has been delayed for over a month and a half. When I spoke with customer service agents, I was told that there was a problem, that the refund was made manually, and that it will be credited to my account within 7-10 days, depending on the status of my bank. They held me up for a month and a half, and no reimbursement was issued. They also have poor applicability. I can't find the invoice for the product I purchased, the return date, or anything else from the application. Amazon and its merchants are completely untrustworthy. It is not something I would recommend to anyone.
