Chess.com Rating and Ranking System Appears Inconsistent

I have been actively using the Chess.com platform for approximately three to four years. During this time, I have experienced serious inconsistencies between my results in games and tournaments and the ratings and rankings shown by the system. In particular, I have seen my rating decrease and points deducted from my account even after winning games. Similarly, I have repeatedly seen my ranking drop despite achieving good results in tournaments.

This issue has started occurring across nearly all game modes and in almost every tournament I participate in, which has seriously affected my enjoyment of the platform. Having such a discrepancy between my actual performance and the rating and ranking displayed on the screen undermines my sense of fairness and makes the system feel unreliable.

I am also concerned that almost everything on the platform has become paid, and that the monthly Diamond Premium subscription currently costs approximately $280, which I consider excessively expensive. Both the rating and ranking issues I have experienced and the increasing subscription costs are making me lose interest in a platform I have been using for a long time.

I expect Chess.com to first investigate and resolve the apparent system issue that causes my rating to decrease after winning games and my ranking to decline despite performing well in tournaments. In addition, I request that the monthly Diamond Premium subscription price be clearly reduced to around $100 and that the overall pricing policy be reviewed in favor of users.
