Amazon Refund Issue

The Cosori Airfryer I purchased on May 15 through Amazon became defective and its coating peeled off. I requested a repair, but I was offered a return instead. I returned the product via MNG Kargo (now DHL), and the process was initiated under order number 402-0123705-5468308. Despite a long time passing, I still have not received my refund of ₺2600. I contacted Amazon customer service multiple times, and although they told me the refund would be issued, they are trying to send the amount to a canceled credit card. Because of this, I still cannot get my money back. I request that my refund be transferred to my new credit card or my Amazon account and that my issue be resolved quickly.
