After numerous calls, I couldn't reach Yurtiçi Kargo, the delivery company. Amazon's customer service tells me to call again. Why should I keep calling? Take the necessary actions, talk to the courier company, and get back to me! In the end, I got no solution on the phone. Web support says the AI has set a date - a weekday, but which day exactly? They replied, "Contact the courier company." This is truly a joke. My order, worth 18,000 TL, is due for delivery by 10 PM tomorrow (July 19), and there's no information on when it will arrive.
