Amazon Prime Delivered My Earbuds After 10 Days
I bought a pair of earbuds from Amazon Prime Turkey on July 9 at 09:45 AM. They apparently forgot to ship the package until the night of July 10—coincidentally right after I submitted a complaint, which makes me question the timeline. The package arrived in Tarsus on Saturday, July 12, which was a public holiday, and I understood that delays could happen. However, on July 14, when I asked about the delivery, the courier company KolayGelsin told me they only deliver in Tarsus on Tuesdays and Fridays. This is surprising, as Tarsus is a central and busy city, and my workplace is right in front of the museum and PTT in the city center. Since July 15 is also a public holiday, the earliest I could receive my package is Friday, July 18. In Turkey, the average shipping time is 2–3 days, especially to a centrally located address like mine. But thanks to my Amazon Prime membership, I get to enjoy a 10-day wait. Thank you, Amazon Prime, for this priceless customer experience—you seriously need to replace KolayGelsin as your delivery partner.
Hello, as of 16.07.2025 the product was delivered. Most likely, the delay happened during the initial shipping stage. Also, the fact that deliveries are only made two days a week to the address in Tarsus city center (across from the museum, next to PTT, with workplace photos attached, in the city center) contributed to this issue. Because I opened a support ticket, the delivery, which normally happens on Tuesdays and Fridays, was made on Wednesday. Thank you.
I'm sure it wouldn't be resolved if I didn't open a call complaint, but thanks anyway.
