Amazon's Unfair Treatment, Denied Refund for Returned Binoculars

Hello. I bought a pair of binoculars from the same website that sold them, Amazon.com.tr. But I wasn't happy with how the binoculars worked, so I sent them back in the same perfect condition they arrived in and started the refund process. Surprisingly, the refund didn't happen. When I called customer service, they said the product I had sent back was broken. But I sent the product back in the same condition I got it in, without doing any damage. Since I didn't like how it worked, I haven't even used it. I feel like I'm being treated unfairly because of something I didn't do wrong. As a Prime member, it's frustrating to see how easy it is for them to refuse to refund our money by just saying the product was broken. If I had known that Amazon was being unfair, I wouldn't have bought the item. Now, I have to take the product back. I would like my problem to be fixed.
