Amazon's Pro Plan Cat Food Delivery Failure
On July 18, I ordered a 10kg bag of Pro Plan Adult Chicken Cat Food from Amazon (order number 404-7432251-9043529), expecting delivery on Monday, July 22. However, on July 23, I received notice that the package was returned.
When I called Amazon for resolution, the customer service representative was unhelpful and dismissive. I had placed the order through my son's account but in my name, providing all requested information as I've done successfully many times before. The representative's tone was inappropriate, even arguing when I explained that Amazon had caused inconvenience as my cats were out of food.
Upon contacting the shipping company, I learned that Amazon had improperly packaged the item, causing the cat food bag to burst. This confirmed that Amazon was indeed responsible for the problem, contrary to the representative's claims.
