ZEPETO Appeal to Restore Access to My Original Email Account

I am writing because I lost access to my Zepeto account and I believe this happened due to my brother’s actions on my profile. My Zepeto account is linked to the email address lakeishacauley***@gmail.com. On 30 October 2026 my brother took over my account, edited it and used it in a way that resulted in my account being restricted. When I try to log in, I see a warning that my account access is restricted until 11/03/2026 due to alleged nudity and sexual content. I did not knowingly share such content, and I believe these actions were made while my brother was using and editing my account without my permission. Because of this, I can no longer use my account and I feel unfairly punished for something I did not do. I have already contacted Zepeto support about this, but I still do not have my account back and the restriction has not been lifted. I am asking for my account to be fully reactivated, my access restored to the email address lakeishacauley***@gmail.com, and my brother’s unauthorized access removed. I also kindly request that you review the restriction decision again, considering that another person used my account without my consent. I would like this issue to be resolved as soon as possible so that I can safely use my Zepeto account again and continue to use my Zepeto account safely in the future.
