Amazon's Prime Day Delayed Delivery and Empty Apologies
As a Prime Day member, I placed an order for a phone with the promise of next-day delivery. However, it's been three whole days, and still no sign of my package. The customer service representatives on WhatsApp are only offering empty apologies and claiming they've escalated the urgency of the matter. (A mere apology won't do, how about sending me that 1TB external hard drive for free as a gesture of goodwill?) But where is it? Take a look at the screenshot; the Amazon warehouse and logistics center is only 7 km away from my location, a mere 10-minute drive. I even suggested going to their depot to pick it up myself, but they responded with "We don't offer such a delivery option." Well, I already knew that, but at least I made them face their shortcomings. It seems like amazon.com.tr is just a story... Let's see what happens next... I'm curious...
