Kycport 2FA Locked Me Out of My Sidrachain Account


I am a user of Sidrachain’s Kycport service and I have been unable to access my account for about three weeks because I lost access to my Google Authenticator application and can no longer generate the two‑factor authentication (2FA) code required for login. As a result, I am completely locked out of my Kycport account, which holds my tokens. The email registered to my Kycport account is gregoryloui***@gmail.com. This account has already passed KYC verification, and I am ready to prove my identity again with my face and identification documents so that you can confirm that I am the legitimate owner of the account.
