Revolut Sent My Money but Clear Junction Never Received It


I am writing regarding a missing transfer of €300 that I sent from my Revolut personal account to my Clear Junction bank account on 20 June. The transfer is shown as completed on Revolut’s side, however the funds have never been credited to my Clear Junction account. When I contacted Revolut support, they confirmed that the payment was successfully completed from their end. I then contacted Clear Junction, and they told me that there was no such transaction on their system and even provided printed bank statements showing no incoming payment of €300 on that date. As a result, €300 is currently missing and I am caught between the two institutions, each giving a different response. I request that this issue be urgently investigated between Revolut and Clear Junction and that the €300 be located and credited to my Clear Junction bank account without any further delay. I expect a clear explanation of what went wrong with this transfer and written confirmation once the funds have been deposited into my account.
