Telegram Won't Accept My Email for Account Recovery

I am using Telegram on an Android phone and I have been unable to recover my Telegram account for the last three days, after not using it for about six months. When I try to recover my account, I receive the verification code, but I get a message saying that my email is not allowed, and I cannot complete the recovery process. Because of this situation I am completely locked out of my account. I have not been able to find any other way to verify my identity or restore access. I kindly request that my Telegram account be reactivated and that I be provided with a clear way to recover access, either by allowing my email to be used or by offering an alternative recovery method.
