Amazon Prime Failed to Deliver My Order on Time Despite Next Day Promise

I became a Prime member through Amazon and placed my order trusting the promise of next-day delivery. However, today my order was not delivered on time due to an issue with Aras Kargo. I have been waiting since noon, and despite contacting customer service, no solution was provided—I was only stalled. My order needed to reach me urgently today, which is why I chose Prime membership, but I was unable to benefit from the fast delivery service and was left disappointed. My time was wasted and the promises were not kept. I request that the fast delivery service promised under my Prime membership be fulfilled properly and that my grievance be compensated.
