Amazon Misleading Advertising & Rude Customer Service

Today, I ordered two things promoted as "free shipping" on the Akakçe comparison website from Amazon.com.tr (evidence attached). Because my card was previously registered on Amazon, the payment was automatically debited from my account. But shipping fees are covered! (evidence attached) I canceled the order and contacted Amazon.com.tr customer service to report the issue. When I explained the situation to a customer service representative named T*** who called from +353 1 247 7650, he very disrespectfully told me that free shipping only applies to customers who spend over ₺250 or are Prime members and that they are not concerned with how Akakçe advertises their products.
When I pointed out that their actions were misleading customers (even an educated person like myself was misled into placing the order) and demanded that they change this unethical practice and resolve the issue, the same customer service representative told me that I could complain anywhere, including CIMER (the Turkish Presidential Communication Center), and that as a large international company, they are not afraid of anyone.
I am making a complaint against Amazon.com.tr for exploiting the "free shipping" ruse to achieve visibility on comparison sites such as Akakçe and then charging customers shipping expenses! I warn my fellow residents to avoid Amazon, which does not hesitate to deceive them!
