Amazon Turkiye Doesn't Care About Its Customers

Amazon sent only one of the two identical items in my order without my knowledge. When I wanted to return the sole item that I received, they didn't pick it up from my door. Instead, they gave me a code to be used at the carrier office. I brought the item to the carrier myself, but the code they gave didn't work. I contacted them, and they provided me with a new code, but they said it would be activated after 2 hours, and I must bring the item back to the office tomorrow. The distance to this carrier office is a one-hour trip, and there isn't any guarantee that the other code will work tomorrow. Shame on your customer relations.
