As a Prime user of Amazon Turkey, I recently used the app to buy two things from outside of Turkey. Even though I tried to get in touch with customer service, the first order was canceled without any reason. They told me they would tell me more, but I never heard from them again. Even worse, the second order I got was not what I had been expecting. I had asked for a bag to organize my cables, but all I got was a single sticker. I'm glad they didn't send me a cucumber instead of what I ordered, even though they could have. As a customer, I'm angry that Amazon Turkey doesn't tell me what's going on or explain things clearly. As a Prime member, I expect my orders to get better service and more care.
