I purchased a Chennai–Riyadh flight ticket with Etihad on Booking.com for travel via Abu Dhabi on 4 March. I bought this ticket on 24 February and paid approximately 1,400 riyals. Due to the war, the flight was cancelled and I was unable to fly on the planned date. After the cancellation, I received no clear information from either Booking.com or Etihad about my options. I tried to contact them through Booking.com, but I did not receive any response by email or any other channel, and no one helped me to rebook my ticket. My booking reference for this reservation is 89UB6A. My expectation is that my ticket should be rebooked to a new date without any additional cost and that I should be informed clearly and in writing about my new travel details. I request that this issue be resolved urgently and that my rebooking be arranged as soon as possible.
