Midjourney Subscription Issues With Unknown ID

On 25 February 2026, a 33 USD monthly subscription fee was charged to my credit card by Midjourney through your website, even though I do not know which Midjourney account this subscription belongs to. I am regularly charged every month, but I cannot identify or access the relevant account and therefore cannot manage or cancel this subscription myself. I only know that the payment was taken by credit card, and I cannot see any subscription or account information linked to this card in order to stop the recurring charges. This situation makes it impossible for me to control my payments and creates serious doubt about the security and transparency of the subscription. I request that you urgently identify the subscription associated with my credit card and immediately cancel this subscription so that no further charges are made. I am ready to provide the bank statement and card transaction details securely through your official support channel if needed. I ask you to confirm in writing that the subscription has been cancelled and that my card will not be charged again.
