Deposited 20,000 to XM Trading Account But Money Not Reflected

I hold an XM trading account and on 04/03/2026 at around 4:51 PM I made a UPI deposit of 20,000 INR to my XM trading account via PhonePe. The amount was successfully debited from my Paytm Bank of India account and I received a valid UTR number for this transaction. However, despite the transaction being completed, the 20,000 INR has still not been credited to my XM trading account balance. I contacted XM support by email on 03/03/2026 regarding this issue and attached all necessary payment proof, including the UPI details and UTR number, but I was not given any reference or ticket number. I was advised to wait 24 hours, yet even after this time my funds remain stuck and are still not visible in my trading account. Since the payment has clearly been deducted from my bank account and I have already provided full proof of payment, I request that this 20,000 INR be either credited to my XM trading account without any further delay or refunded to my bank account as soon as possible. I kindly ask you to urgently investigate this missing deposit using the UTR information on your side and resolve this matter promptly.
