Let me tell you about how frustrating Amazon.com.tr was for me. My order number is 402-2770531-7201952, and I put it in on February 2, 2023. It still hasn't come yet. Even though we talked to Amazon and the other company many times, we couldn't find a solution. Even though I paid the deposit four months ago, I still haven't gotten the same order. I'm going to lose money because of this, and Amazon won't take responsibility. How could that be? I'm working with a huge global company that can't handle a simple transaction. They say I'm just a middleman because I placed the order through their website. Well, if that's true, they shouldn't have put it on their site to begin with.
