Amazon Shipping Disaster: No Book Has Arrived After 12 Days

It's been a whopping 12 days, and the book I ordered still hasn't arrived. On September 25th, I was greeted with the excuse "couldn't find the address," despite the fact that I had been at home all day. This is a completely false statement. What's worse, they never bothered to call me for information, not even once. I also contacted Amazon customer service about this. They assured me that the delivery would take place on September 28th. I had previously called MNG twice, as instructed by Amazon. I even opened two tickets that were related. Nonetheless, today, on the 28th, at 5:28 PM, I received another SMS claiming that they couldn't locate the address. I'm 50 years old, and I can honestly say that I've never seen such a lack of ethics. This is not amateur behavior; it is intentional misconduct, and Amazon is the primary perpetrator. They've completely abandoned the morality of a delivery service. In a single word: Bravo.
