I recently purchased the Hyperx Cloud Stinger Core PC Gaming Headset, which boasted 7.1 and 5.1 surround sound capabilities. When I received the product, however, it turned out to be the incorrect one. I contacted the seller, and they agreed to exchange the product for the correct one, which was due on February 7th. However, on February 17th, I received the same defective product again, leaving me frustrated and victimized. The catalog error occurred, and it appears that warehouse employees are not reading the notes taken from the catalog editor. This is unacceptable from a large corporation, and it has caused me a great deal of inconvenience and frustration. When I contacted Amazon customer service, they were unhelpful, and I had to explain the situation to them for 35 minutes. I am unhappy with Amazon's lack of attention to detail and the numerous issues that have arisen during the exchange process. The longer this goes on, the more frustrated and irritated I become. I'm hoping that Amazon will quickly resolve this issue and restore my faith in their company. I've included photos of the incorrect product that was delivered to me.
