Redmi Note 13 Pro 5G Randomly Shuts Down and Reboots
About one month ago, I took my Redmi Note 13 Pro 5G to a technical service center because it suddenly started restarting and shutting down on its own. At that time, they reset the phone and told me the issue would be resolved. However, despite only a short period passing, the same problem has now started again, and I am unable to use the phone properly. While using the device, it suddenly begins turning off and on by itself, which completely eliminates its functionality. Since my phone is an overseas device, it is not covered by warranty, which leaves me uncertain about what can be done. Because of this ongoing and repeatedly occurring issue, I request that a permanent solution be provided for this problem and, if possible, that the device be replaced.
