Amazon Took Money From My Card And Refused To Give It Back To Me

I made an order on amazon turkey, 11.07.2023 at 01.36. The order is canceled. Amazon took the money from my card but didn't return it after canceling my order. I contacted Amazon so many times, they told me to wait return date , I waited but I never received my money back, next time they told me they never took the money from my card so they cant return it but it's not true. They took the money the second i made the order. I have reference number for i made the order. I send screenshots so many times to prove they took the money. But noone is contacting me. All my money is gone now. I was prime user. I cancelled my prime account because of this. They keep telling me to talk to my bank but bank want a returning reference number for checking. Amazon refuses to give me reference number. My bank can prove that the money is taken from my account with reference number. Where that money go? How many times I should have contact to get an answer?
