21I bought a blue phone case for my child from a seller named 'eonaks' on Amazon, but they sent a black one—a color that isn’t even listed on the product page. This seller clearly thinks people won’t bother with returns and assumes they can send whatever they want. I’ve been an Amazon Prime member for years and have made countless purchases, but I’ve never encountered anything like this. I contacted customer service multiple times and reported the issue, but nothing has been resolved. It’s not about a cheap phone case—it’s about this so-called seller disrespecting customers. I will definitely not shop from Amazon again. The platform’s management in our country has become very poor.
