Order Cancelled on Amazon, No Refund
I canceled my Amazon order (406-4859783-5014766) due to color concerns, expecting a refund or gift card. However, no option for a refund or gift card appeared on the screen. Despite assurances of a refund, the process has devolved into a frustrating shambles. On October 11, 2023, I spoke with representative H*****, who stated that the refund had been processed and advised me to contact my bank. When I spoke with B****, who is supposed to be in charge, he stated that it is still in the refund approval stage. They're playing ping-pong, and I need my money right away. I want the money returned to my account as soon as possible after it was deducted during the purchase. I strongly urge the responsible parties to communicate as soon as possible. If you have any sense, you should cancel at your own risk.
