Amazon Sent Domestos To Visually Impaired Teenager Instead Of Laptop!

Instead of the 25k computer we bought on Amazon for a visually impaired teenager, the amazon.com.tr seller sent 5 kg of Domestos. When I called customer service, she said that we could not make an exchange because the product was out of stock. It is not my fault that the wrong product was sent. They said to return the product.
