I cannot receive a refund for a product or products that I do not own. I purchased a laptop from Amazon.com.tr, however owing to earthquakes in Malatya, we are currently in an emergency. Because of the earthquakes and our evacuation, the merchandise they supplied was returned as an unopened parcel without opening the shipping box. Amazon informed us that our refund would be processed immediately, and they expressed regret over our predicament, saying, "You can see your refund in your bank on 02/09/2024." They received the product on February 2, 2024, and have been stalling us for a month, claiming that the refund will be issued, that you will not be victimized, that we regret, and so on, but they have not. In the last chat, they claimed that the product arrived damaged to us, and then they stated that a different product arrived, thus your refund cannot be issued. It's shocking, and despite opening 20 tickets, we have received no results. Why isn't a report being created if the merchandise is said to have arrived damaged? They're stalling us and delivering this information two weeks later. Why isn't a report being prepared now that a different product is supposed to have arrived? Amazon customer support tells me that they got the merchandise in good condition in their warehouse and that your refund will be issued within 14 days, which delays the procedure and stalls us. A month later, they claim the wrong goods arrived and they destroyed it. The shipping business claims that the package was delivered unharmed and that there is no such problem. They do not refund products that I did not receive, did not open, or did not reach me, and they do not ship our things. I am quite astonished. I filed a complaint with the court and will await the outcome of the Consumer Rights investigation. I also alerted my bank. Dear Amazon, I respectfully request that you process my return.
