Amazon Restricts Delivery Options for Kids Slide Yet Offers No Alternatives

when I try to buy a Pilsan Elephant Concept Slide, keep getting the message "cannot be delivered to this address" when I try to add it to my shopping cart, even though there are 6 units in stock.  neither the location nor the address where the package can be delivered are given, this surprise problem has thrown me for a loop because Amazon is usually so clear and simple to use. My disappointment is made worse by the fact that I wasn't given any information about delivery restrictions or other addresses.  I hope that Amazon's customer service can help me understand this and find a way to finish my purchase without any more problems.
