Amazon Sold Me a Product That Could Not Be Shipped to Turkey
I placed an order with an international supplier through Amazon. Living in Turkey, I paid the required import and shipping fees, and the product was in stock with no apparent issues. The item was shipped, but shortly after, I received an SMS notification from the shipping company stating that the product could not be delivered to Turkey due to legal regulations. Why does Amazon list and sell a product if it cannot be shipped to the buyer’s location? This caused me unnecessary delays, and I had to wait a long time for nothing. I expect Amazon to investigate this issue thoroughly and provide an explanation and an apology as soon as possible.
