Missing IMEI on Amazon's Samsung Galaxy A24 Invoice

I bought a Samsung Galaxy A24 from Amazon.com.tr, but the invoice doesn't have the IMEI number, which is needed for legal purposes. Even though Amazon's official website says otherwise, my invoice doesn't show the IMEI number in the "Goods/Service Type" section as it should for products sold and shipped by Amazon.com.tr. I need my invoice fixed right away to comply with the law. Customer service promises to resolve your issue within 72 hours or have someone from the authorized team reach out to you. However, I really need a solution to my problem right away. Because I'm involved in the Youth and Sports Ministry's tech support project, I need the IMEI number of the device to be included on the invoice. Not having it is causing me problems. Please fix the problem quickly, or I will take legal action.
