Amazon Does Not Send My Purchase Invoice



For the past month and a half, Amazon has failed to send invoices for products I've purchased. Specifically, orders with numbers 404-5515077-6478747 and 404-1050417-3657907 have not had their invoices uploaded to the system. Despite calling multiple times and opening numerous support tickets, I've received no response.
I'm attaching a screenshot of the invoice section in my orders page to preempt any suggestions to check there. I'm demanding an urgent resolution; otherwise, I'll be forced to file a formal complaint with the relevant authorities.
