Hello, I returned a product I purchased from www.amazon.com.tr through the app and approved the refund amount of ₺1,499 to be added as a gift card balance. Today, when I attempted to shop, I discovered that the gift card balance can only be used for products sold by Amazon and cannot be applied to items sold by other sellers. This information was never shared with me. Had I been informed, I would have chosen to have the amount refunded to my credit card and purchased the product I wanted from the seller of my choice. I contacted Amazon to request a refund to my credit card, stating that I was misinformed as a consumer and would pursue my legal rights. I was told the balance cannot be transferred.
