Asked for an Amazon Gift Card In Return of Returned Product, Just Hassle
I returned a product I bought from Amazon Turkey and chose the gift card option for a quicker refund. When I selected this option, there was no information indicating that it could only be used on Amazon Turkey. I've been unable to use this gift card, and it's frustrating that it's not accepted on other Amazon websites, like Amazon Germany. This situation not only inconveniences the consumer but also undermines trust in a company as reputable as Amazon. Additionally, I've noticed that when I add items with "free shipping" to my cart, the shipping and packaging fees are still added to the final price during checkout. When I inquired about this, they simply brushed it off, saying it's a software issue. These kinds of policies are not befitting a company of Amazon's stature.
