Amazon Restricted My Account
My iPhone order on Amazon.com.tr was cancelled by the company, the service provided made me unhappy and my user account was blocked for shopping. As a reason, the answer "we cannot accept it because it exceeds the basic need limit of a household" was sent. When I placed the first order, there was a problem with my Visa card at the checkout. Therefore, when the order did not materialize, I had to re-order for the 2nd time. The system perceived me as a "seller", I called customer service and reported the situation, but my objection was not accepted. In order to shop, I need to get approval from the company in a ridiculous way. You cannot block my user account unfairly, it is against Consumer Rights and KVK law. I reserve all my legal rights.
