The wireless charger I purchased for my GS8 smartwatch from Amazon arrived different from the one shown in the image. It didn’t fit my watch, so I requested a return and asked for the refund to be credited as a gift card balance, thinking I would reorder the correct item. However, when I found the product I wanted and proceeded to pay, I realized that the balance from my gift card wasn’t being deducted from the purchase. After speaking with Amazon representatives, I was told that the balance could only be used on products sold and shipped by Amazon.com.tr. I explained that the product I had previously purchased wasn’t sold by Amazon but by a seller named A***. This is a major injustice to other sellers on Amazon; why should I be forced to use my refunded balance on products sold by Amazon? On top of that, the product I want isn’t even available in the Amazon-sold category. They said they would get back to me, but unfortunately, I haven’t received any follow-up. This is a huge disappointment, Amazon.
