Samsung Galaxy Watch 5 Return Disaster

I bought a Samsung Galaxy Watch 5 from Amazon and sent it back on February 1 via Aramex. The barcode scanning time ran out on February 16, the day the product arrived at Amazon's warehouse. Amazon's records show that the refund wasn't given until February 20th, though. But when I called my bank, they told me that they hadn't gotten any money back. When I called customer service at Amazon, they told me to wait 10 days. But the refund still hadn't shown up after 10 days of waiting and checking with the bank. When I talked to customer service four days ago, they told me that they had told the right people and that they would be in touch soon. Since then, there has been no follow-up, and the lack of communication and problem-solving is a disaster. I can't stand how bad this whole thing is. I expect Amazon to fix this problem quickly and give me the money back that I'm owed.
