Hello,

I’m writing about my Amazon order dated 19.01.2025 with order number 402-3717498-0657932. I initially placed an order for a birdcage for my pet bird. Despite the payment being successfully deducted from my account, the order failed due to a "payment error" and was canceled. Assuming there was an issue, I trusted Amazon and tried to place the order again to complete my purchase.

However, my second attempt was flagged as suspicious, and I received an email stating: "This order exceeds the basic household needs limit based on your previous purchase history." This is absurd, as I only attempted to order one item.

I contacted customer service three times in one day, explaining that this was a mistake and that I only placed one legitimate order. Despite this, I received repeated emails stating: "We reviewed your order and will not reverse our cancellation decision."

I had also added funds to my account via a gift card, which was specifically for this purchase. Now I can neither use those funds to buy the product elsewhere nor get a refund. I never expected to have to open a complaint about Amazon, a platform I’ve trusted for years.

This experience has left me deeply disappointed. Amazon has shown no willingness to resolve this simple issue and has instead caused unnecessary frustration. I request immediate action to rectify my issue and resolve my financial loss. Unfortunately, if this is how problems are handled, I no longer plan to shop with Amazon.

On top of everything that has happened, my access to live support has also been restricted. When I try to check the status of my complaint, I encounter an error and cannot connect. I even had other people try, and they were able to connect without any issues. Instead of resolving the situation I’m already dealing with, they’ve restricted my access to live support it’s truly unbelievable. I’ve sent an email explaining the situation, but honestly, I don’t even expect a response. Let’s see what kind of explanation, if any, they’ll provide...
