Amazon Order Delayed – Refund My Delivery Fee

I am experiencing a serious delivery delay with my Amazon.com order, number 403-3398699-9856362, for the "Auhma ASPT-04 AquaClean Pro." I purchased the product on 13/07/2026, and although the estimated delivery date stated in the order was 16/07/2026, the product was not delivered on that date. As of today, my order is still shown as being in the delivery process, and I have not received the product. To compensate for the time I have lost and the inconvenience I have experienced, I request a refund of the delivery fee I paid and that this delivery delay be officially recorded.
