Amazon Samsung A26 Delivery Delayed After Promised Delivery Date
On 16.07.2026 I ordered a Samsung A26 mobile phone from an Amazon seller, and during the purchase process the system stated that the product would be delivered on 20.07.2026. I planned accordingly based on this delivery date. However, on 20.07.2026 the product was only handed over to the courier instead of being delivered to me. Afterwards, the estimated delivery date was changed in the system and now shows 21.07.2026. In addition, the previous shipping/delivery information on the screen appears to have been altered, which further damaged my trust. I request that this situation be corrected, that the delay and the change of information be examined, and that the product be delivered to me as quickly as possible with necessary action taken so that similar issues do not occur again.
