Amazon Order Cancellation Problems

I made a purchase on July 22, 2024. After the order failed to ship by July 27, 2024, I decided to cancel it. As of today, August 2, 2024, I still haven't heard back from either the seller or Amazon. It seems that reviews regarding the seller are being deleted, but the problem continues. On August 2, 2024, I reached out to customer service and spoke with a representative named Ms. Badem. She informed me that I had the freedom to file complaints wherever I desired. There have been many complaints about the company, but it appears that Amazon has taken steps to address them.
