Amazon Made It Impossible for Me to Cancel My International Order Before Shipment

I bought a lunch box from Amazon on September 13, 2024. However, due to the difficulty of using the Amazon site, I was able to find a cheaper product on September 15, 2024. Since my order came from abroad, it had not been shipped yet. So I wanted to cancel it. However, the site did not allow it. I contacted the customer service representative. He also said that cancellation was not possible. I do not plan to shop from Amazon again. It is very difficult to cancel. I will receive my money after 1 month from the delivery of the product and another 1 month from the delivery of the product to the seller. The system is very bad. I do not recommend it.
